Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My sister and I currently own property( land only) together in Florida. I am in the process of buying the property from her and wanted to know what steps I need to take and documents I need to complete for this process (this would include the sale and transfer of deed). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A quitclaim deed signed by her before 2 witnesses and a notary. You must then file the deed with the county clerk. Good luck.
