Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My Sister was seperated from Husband and recently passed away. She owned a home for several years prior to her marraige. It was put into a land trust with the will leaving it to her Father. Does he have any rights to her estate.

Not if the trust existed and the home was in the trust before she was married.
