Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i am a small business owner and found a space to rent in a church, should i rent from a 501c organization when they dont pay taxes, and i have to claim my rent expenses on my taxes.. please advise

You can rent space from anyone you want. Their status wont affect yours. If you have a proper lease and pay the amounts due, they will be deductible rental expenses. Seek advice from an accountant if you are concerned.
