Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

There are several small condominium associations who maintain the property themselves (trimming trees & bushes, changing light bulbs, mowing lawn, washing staircases and walkways, minor repairs, and painting). �Can the people who perform these duties sue the association if they get hurt if they signed a waiver holding the association harmless?

1. Yes, if the Assoc. was negligent.

2. All workers should carry wc coverage.
