Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I sold my home in Florida but retained ownership of the adjoining vacant lot. I have given the buyer permission to park on the property and they have kept the grass cut. Am I jeopardizing my rights or ownership?

No as long as you have written documentation stating the basis for the agreement you should not have any adverse possession issues.
