Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
we sold a lot next to our home with an existing driveway to our carport now the new neighbor wants to install a fence. the driveway is on the edge of his lot which means the fence will block access to our carport. I was told that there is a law called prescriptive ingress and egress that will stop him from this is this true? the home we live in has been here for over 43 years and we are still the same owners.
