Getting sole legal ownwership of a property after divorce

How can I buy my ex-spouse out of her share of the marital home legally. Having her name removed from the mortgage etc without having to go through an entire sell and re-buy process.

You can buy her out for whatever price you can best negotiate. However, the lender was not a party to your divorce, so they have no obligation to let her off the hook. It may be that you'll need to refinance to pay her share anyway...chances are your interest rate may be lower now...check it out.
