Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Can you go onto someones private property to salvage the remaining metal that came from my mobile home that I owned. The property originally belonged to my mother and she let it stay there, over a year ago the property was transfered to my brother, that will now not let me set foot on the property, but the mobile home belonged to me.

You may not trespass, even to retrieve your own property. If the metal was left behind, for a year, it may be considered "abandoned" and your brother may have already disposed of this. If you really want the metal, and he still has it, you may be able to sue in small claims court for the value of the metal, but be prepared to explain to the court why you waited a year or more to claim such valuable property.
