is there any way I can get my sons name off my deed? on the deed it says Frances C. Yates and William H. Hunter as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship hereinafter collectively grantee

The only way to remove a co tenant by survivorship is to have that person execute a deed with the other co tenant to whomever you want. The tenancy would also cease at the death of one of the co tenants. the other would then have complete ownership.
