in the state of fla if me and my siblings own my moms house now,and im refinancing to buy them out,can I move in a week before closing

Your contract for purchase controls. You have no absolute right to occupancy. Your right is equivalent to your siblings. Get their approval or wait until you close.

refinancing has nothing to do with their right to be in the house. As long as they are on the deed they have a right to be in the house.
