I agree the answer is NO but protect yourself and make sure the taxes are paid and the property is kept up. U do not want any liens for unpaid taxes or Code Enforcement Liens filed against the property. U might end up losing it or paying late charges and interest. Also make sure there is Ins. on the property in case someone gets hurt.
