how to stay where you are.

my landlord is trying to make me move,so his nephew can move in.We have an oral agreement,that when he decides to sell,that I would have first option to buy. Can he make me move out,just to move someone else in ?

You should have reduced your oral agreement to writing. Now, all you have is a finger pointing contest and a loser of a case. Save yourself the trouble and expense of hiring a lawyer and go find yourself a new place to live. Good luck.
