Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

What steps do I have to do to change my name. My birth cert say Louis M, all other ID in my possession says Luis M. I would like to keep it as Luis M., but I have Real Estate property in Puerto Rico under Louis M. What are my options?

The name change process is statutory and you have to follow that procedure. As to whether that is needed or not, you should consult an attorney.
