Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

stolen property

Inheritance property of mine, located in Cape Coral Fla, was fraudulently sold by my brother, who resided in Bloomfield, NJ, with out my knowledge. He has passed away. The notary signed off on this, who ever acted as me didn't even spell my name right when they forged my signature, transaction and the title company never investigated this. This property was sold for $40,000 to D&G Investments, which is/was owned by Dimitrius Sandu. I am wondering if I have any recourse. The date this was discovered was 4/4/06 I am afraid I am running out of time and need help, quick!

Good luck.
