how do i subpoena documents or statements??

How do I subpoena documents or statements when representing ourselves in a civil circuit court case, tenant vs landlord,re: violations of LL/tenant act 83.67 prohibited practices. Need to retrieve account histories and activities from Light company and local city water dept,natural gas services and United States Postal Services?

The clerk should be able to guide you. However, if you are seeking documents from a non-party, you must first file a notice of production from non-party. Thereafter, if there are no objections, you can serve a subpoena duces tecum for production from a non-party. Good luck!
