You can tell it to the judge when you go for a hearing. Unless the amount that you are claiming exceeds the small claims maximum, you should not have a problem amending your claim at the hearing. Daily trips to the condo? You will need to prove that daily trips were somehow necessary, in order to claim your gas etc. If you could have had someone else at the condo do whatever it was that you did when you went to the condo, then you may not be entitled to any costs at all. It will be up to the judge to determine how reasonable your demands are.
