summary judgement

I just got a contract ''short sale 30 days ago on my home that we have not made a payment on in 9 months now we have vacated the home in great shape and are renting.We just received a Motion for final summary judgement. but have not received an answer on the short sale from Countrywide hope to soon. What do we do about telephonic hearing with Judge and lawyer representing Bank /Lender. If this doesn't go through we are foreclosing uncontested. Should we attend hearing?

Again, you need to go to the hearing and request more time if you have a contract for a short sale pending.
