Summary Judgement Hearing

What is the proceedure? Will I get to question the opposing party or simply state the facts as I know them or just listen to what the judge says? Who goes first, etc.?

Normally, there is no taking of evidence on a summary judgment hearing. It is based on pleadings, interrogatories, affidavits, etc. filed prior to the hearing. If you are handling the case on your own, you may wish to consult counsel.
