Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Summary Judgement Hearing
What is the proceedure? Will I get to question the opposing party or simply state the facts as I know them or just listen to what the judge says? Who goes first, etc.?

Re: Summary Judgement Hearing
Normally, there is no taking of evidence on a summary judgment hearing. It is based on pleadings, interrogatories, affidavits, etc. filed prior to the hearing. If you are handling the case on your own, you may wish to consult counsel.
