I want to file another lawsuit against the plaintiff. What would i file at the courthouse to show that i want to extend the time and basically counter suit? I do not know the correct terminology (or form to use), although i do know what i want to say and present as exhibits. Please help ASAP. thank you.

You need to file a counterclaim

If it is a counterclaim, then it must be filed in the same case as presently open. You need to follow the proper legal format which can be found in a legal library or by hiring an attorney.
