Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am supposed to close on a house this week. Seller out of country and did not appoint power of attorney. Seller has to sign paperwork and no one can find him. Title company is holding my money for the house. If this deal falls through what are my rights as a buyer? I am incurring expenses because sale is not happening as scheduled. Agents are doing what they can, title company not being helpful.

Your contract controls your remedies. The document needs to be reviewed by an attorney. I suggest you do that asap.
