Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Right of Survivorship

I have been married since 1958 but have lived seperately from my husband since 1991, we not not divorced. He is contemplating a purchase of a condo with his woman friend in Florida and the title would be in both of their names with a right of survivorship, she would get his half upon his death and he would get her half upon her death. Would I have any legal standing if the purchase is made, we do not divorce, and he pre-ceceases her. Thank you for any assistance you may give.

Re: Right of Survivorship

No. Jointly held property passes outside any estate. The joint survivor gets it all.
