switching broker

Can we switch our broker without facing penalties, we are 30 days passed closing date, the fees are just increasing on us but we keep getting laundry list of conditiond that we have to meet that we have met before. We feel like there something wrong?

We are feel like we are being strung along. We are first time buyers and we are facing buyers fatigue - we have been waiting for 1 year and for 3 months we have trying to get our loan through.

We make 49,000 gross and purchase price is 215,000

Probably not and you should have had an attorney represent you, not just a realtor.
