Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Tax Certificate Lien/Deed

If I purchase a Tax Certificate Lien on deliquent property taxes and the property has a mortgage how does that affect owning the property when the two years are up and I can obtain the Tax Deed. Will I be responsible for the mortgage on the property?

All liens, other than government liens, will be wiped out. Should you be able to buy the property you will not have to pay the mortgage.
