Re: Tenant is not paying rent

If you've properly served your tenant, you can proceed to the eviction. You can write to the credit reporting companies (and the tenant reporting companies) to report her, but it's often easier to join a landlord's association, which will report her for you. The landlord associations are often collection agencies, and they will begin calling her to help get your money. You can find most landlord associations online. You might want to ask landlord attorneys in your area for a referral to a good landlord association.
