Tenant unable to pay rent for 5 monhts

My sister is leaving in my second home, with her husband, since august they have not payme the rent, they onwn a piece of land in florida what can i do to collect my 5k

they said they are out of job.. reply thanks

The first thing you must do is obtain an eviction and a money judgment.
