Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I'm a tenant with a one year lease. owner has inormed me that he is selling the place. Do I have the right to stay in my unit until the end of my lease. New owner is ok with me staying, but association has a rule that you must own for one year before you can rent. Does the new owner have to evict me or does the association have to wait until the end of my lease?
