Can an association evict a renter that is living in my condo? Can they sue me if someone else caused damage to property and admitted it to the police?

Yes, if your rules forbid the other person from living there and, yes, if they believe you are responsible for the damage. You can always interplead (bring another person into the lawsuit) the person who really caused the damage.
