Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have tenants who own a mixed breed dog lab and american buldog. The home owners association requested we provide proof that the dog is not a pitbull. The tenants provided a letter from the an ou state vet who was familar with dog (they moved to FL in May ) stating that the dog was a mixed breed. The HOA, now wants a local vet approve by them (@ my tenants expense) to evaluate the dog or face eviction. My question is, what are our rights, do my tenants have to provide a new

evaluation?
