Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My tenants owe a fee for being late and a fee for a bounced check. It has been 2 weeks since I sent them demand notices and still no fees have been paid (Rent is paid). What is my next step? Thank you!

You can terminate lease for non payment by sending 3 day notice, BUT you cannot accept any further payments at all, otherwise notice will be ineffective.
