tenants rights

I live in a home that is going thru foreclosure. The electric stayed in the landlords name, now is turned off for non-payment. I have been paying her the money, but she has not been paying the mortgage or the electric, What do I do now?

I doubt the utility will put the future billing in your name, but you can ask.
