Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My tennant signed a lease stating that they are responisible for all repairs and maintanance of the house. Am I responsible for repairing the heat if it goes out?

I agree that it depends on the lease agreement, and I would be unable to respond without a review of that lease. The landlord has certain duties and responsibilities under Florida law and that includes providing heat and making certain repairs.
