if tentants do not move out with the 30 days notice of eviction, how do I proceed

If you already filed for eviction, the answer is in the eviction packet given to you by the clerk of the court. You go to the hearing, the judge enters a judgment. If the judgment is in your favor, you call the sheriff who will make the person leave.
