Termination of lease for purpose of sale
I own an apt.and it is presently leased with lease ending in May.I am wanting to sell this apartment. Am I obglated to renew lease? I will be sending a certified 60 day notice of termination to the tenant. If the tenant doesn't deliver up possession of premises at the termination of their lease can I remove their personal items from the apt. in preperation of the sale of the apt.? What are my obligations with respect to their personal items (am I required to provide storage at my expense)?

1. Read your lease.
2. Read Chapter 83 of the Florida Statutes
3. Hire an attorney familiar with L & T law.
