Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Wish to do things legally but do not know what Florida laws are reguarding aband

Rented a house in Crestview Florida with 2 other people. One of the room mates moved out about 3 months ago and left all her belongings here. She has been removed from the lease by the Realty Company but her belongings are still in her room. What can we do with the belongings? We have no idea what the Florida laws are with regard to this situation. She has not made any attempt to recover her belongings to date. How long before we can dispose of the belongings?
