Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i thought i lost my property to a company who is now being prosecuted by the state, i just recently found out i can saved my property from foreclosure, but there is someone else living in the property, whom was defrauded by the same company. i want to know what is my rights to this property, what process i have take to remove the other family
