Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a time share that is eating us up in fees. I bought it for $2500.00 a few years ago. I'd like to get out of it. Can I give it back without any legal consequences?

No, you will still owe the fees, unless they accept the deed back. Post iot on craigslist or sell it on eBay far whatever you can get.
