Yes, you can first try to sell your interest to a third party either at the market price or a reduced amount in order to hopefully make it a faster sale. If you cannot find an interested buyer, often times the Developer or management company will either assist you in finding a buyer or agree to take the interest back from you. You may wish to consult an attorney to aid you in this endeavor.
