Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I own a time share. It is paid in full. I have tried to sell it and cant. Can I quit claim it to the owners association?

You can if they will accept it, but they may not want it. You can contact the people with the week immediatelu before and after you to see if they want it. That may be a better bet.
