Time Share Purchase

Liv UT Bought by Orlando. Didn't feel right. Fine print says only good once every 2 yrs. Were not told this at presentation. Felt deceived Going to rescind next day. Major family problem same day. Past time to do. Contacted Co. Tried to negotiate. Asked what lump sum to cancel. No understanding. We are on 2 yr service mission for church. We are 66 &68 yrs Just can't afford. QUEST. Worst case scenario if we stop make payments. After foreclose, Share goes back to Co. and credit affected. Anything else?
