We bought a timeshare in 2002 in FL that was falsely presented to us and we need to get out of it, can you help?

Any attorney would have to read all the documents and then discuss it with you. Florida has specific laws on time share sales.

Since the property is located in Florida, you will probably need to find a Florida RE lawyer to bring an action against the seller to void the sale for fraud and misrepresentation.
