Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
For a timeshare foreclosure brought by the HOA, is the foreclosure auction buyer responsible for paying HOA dues in arrears where a lien was filed? How about for paying dues in arrears where a lien was not filed? I know the buyer is responsible for dues going forward, but wondering about past dues and whether these are buyer's responsibility.

If the HOA is foreclosing, the judgment they have is for the dues not paid. If the purchaser buys the property it would be subject to dues not included in the judgment and all other liens.
