Could I sell my timeshare without using a real estate broker? If so, what legal forms would i need?

Generally, one doesn't "need" a broker to sell anything. The question is whether you will get a better net price with a broker as opposed to without.

Time shares can be difficult to sell. There are actually companies around which will charge you to relieve you of your time share, i.e. a brokerage commission in excess of any value of the time share.

As an initial step, you should determine what kind of interest you have, and what restrictions there are on transfer. It can be very state-specific, as well as vary from company to company.

Good luck!
