Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Timeshare/Forclosure

My husband and I bought a time share in 2003. We fell behind in payments when I went back to school fulltime. After graduating in 2004 we attempted a resolution with this company in Florida. Since early 2004 we have not come to a settlement. We have sent letter, faxes and numerous phone calls with no reply. Now it is showing as a ''Foreclosure Pending'' on our credit report. What do we need to do in order to protect our credit from any futher damage? Please HELP!!!!

Re: Timeshare/Forclosure

There is no mystery about how to protect your credit rating -- pay the bills and monthly payments you agreed to pay. I am not sure why there would need to be letters and calls for "settlements" and "resolution" when presumably there is no dispute about the amount you owe and the payments you are behind.
