Timeshares

Is there a way to give back a timwshare or sign ownership back and take the loss of already paid morgage payments. I have been very unhappy with them and they ruien my last time there , but now Iam unable to afford it also.

You should be asking your timeshare management company, not an attorney. Call them and make an offer.
