Title Insurance legal description has 2 lots

I decided to sell my home and began reviewing documents realated to my initial purchase.

My title insurance policy's legal description shows two adjacent properties in the legal description as being covered.

Will this affect the sale and do I have a claim against the Title company?

It's doifficult to give you anything more thaan an "educated guess". (a) someone made an error,(b) the description insures the boundaries, (c) you own those parcels.
