Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

name on title

My mother has a loan on a house she lives in. We make the payments on it for her. Our name is on a quick claim deed. She wants us to have the house after she dies. I have other siblings also. They are aware of my mom's wishes and of the deed. Since our name is not on the loan what should we do in order to keep this house?

I believe you should better document this transaction.

The bank could prove to be hard to deal with since you aren't on the loan.Their are several ways to document this transaction depending on all the facts. If you would like my assistance e-mail me your phone #.
