Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Name of Title of Property? Downside?

My boyfriend and I are looking to buy a home but because were are not married would like to put the home under his name alone, but would like something stating that Im also part owner of the property & am entitled to $ if we were to seperate. Is there a form or paperwork that can be done to take care of this so Im not left with nothing in the end?

Thank You!
