Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Today I found out that my condo went to a court forclosure auction two days ago, 9/30/09. I was not served by the condo association. They attempted to serve me at the condo they knew I didn't live in. They had my phone number and email address if they wanted to know where to serve me. My ex-wife was living in the condo, we owned together. The condo foreclosed after she moved in and stopped paying the fees. Foreclosure over less than $10,000 in maintenance/fees/costs.

I'm in shock! Do I have any recourse in this situation?

The court will probably rule that service on your ex was sufficient
