Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We were told by a board member from my parents over 55 condo association that my 4 year old is not allowed to visit his grandparents every afternoon after school for a couple of hours. They said that their association documents do not allow children under 15 years old to live in the property and visitors are only allowed to stay for 60 days. My son does not live or makes over night visits to his grandparents. Please advice if this is legal.
