how to transfer the deed of the house from the owner to another owner
Would you please tell me how to transfer the deed of the house from the owner to another. Thank you very much.

The owner signs a properly prepared deed before two witnesses and a notary, who then sign. The deed is then recorded in the public records of the county where the property is located. For unintended consequences see my previous answers.
